To understand the process of death, what happens after death, where do we go and why and the causes of another re-birth and also to understand why we undergo so much pain, suffering, loss and tragedies in life, we need to understand the different levels of human personality, their specific needs, their characteristics, and how they evolve over life times.  These levels are called Koshas or bodies. Swamiji will dwell upon how to rightly nourish these bodies, keep them healthy and pure and how to expand the consciousness in them so as to transform the human personality into a Divine one.

Yogacharya Dharmananda (Swamiji) is a preeminent scholar and teacher of the Science of Yoga, Hindu Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He is the Director of the International Vishwaguru Yoga and Meditation Institute (Rishikesh, India), now living in Longmont. His lectures, especially his mode of presentation with humor, stories and anecdotes, have earned him wide acclaim.
