Studies reveal the single greatest regret people have on their deathbed is not having lived true to themselves. Socio-cultural conditioning often teaches us who we should aspire to be long before we can learn to distinguish these projections from the infinite possibilities truly available to us all.
Astrology is one of a handful of marvelous tools the universe has provided for pulling back the curtains of conditioning on our individual ‘initial conditions’ in life, conditions that translate as the unconscious beliefs we each carry, no matter how they help or hurt us. In fact, famous Swiss psychiatrist, Carl G. Jung, who championed the use of Astrology in psychotherapeutic work, once proclaimed, “Astrology represents the sum of all psychological knowledge of antiquity.”
In this course, no previous knowledge of Astrology is required as we will start from the ground up. You will thoroughly learn the vital foundation of real Astrology from a humanistic to an evolutionary/transpersonal perspective, including but not limited to: signs, planets, aspects, houses, transits and progressions. Equally as important, you will learn what Astrology is not, how our ‘new’ quantum mechanical understanding of reality reframes Astrology, why it is so misinterpreted by modern ‘rational’ thought.
This course is designed for the brave and inspired soul; the individual individuating. It will be taught with the intention of being an emotionally functional part of your personal journey rather than an intellectual excursion from it. You will be asked to participate, be vulnerable and be willing to self-examine. Our goal is to develop your intuition as you practice the archetypal language of Astrology, instead of filling your head with rote dogma that doesn’t always apply to you in particular. Doing so will forever equip you to gain immediate insight concerning important life decisions and energies regarding your relationships, family, career, health etc.
Anand Vadehra holds two degrees in Chemistry, including a Masters from Caltech. In a dose of apparent irony, his love of science brought him to the doorstep of Astrology in 2003, where he was humbled by the power, simplicity and usefulness of this divine, healing language. Anand has been a consulting Astrologer for 11 years and is thrilled to pass this tool on to others looking for support in their journey.
