Sages tell us we have an unlimited source of power within us. How do we access this power and use it wisely? What is the difference between external power and authentic power? Does power truly corrupt, as the saying goes? Just as there are different kinds of power, so are there many different ways to use – or misuse – it. In our January meeting, we will examine the various definitions and kinds of power. How does our definition of power influence the way we live our lives? What empowers us and how do we lose power? The upcoming transition of power in our country has brought fear of power and ideas of what makes us – and our nation – powerful, to the limelight. Please join us for a discussion of this important subject.
