Learning to use your natural intuitive faculty is a richly rewarding process that begins with a foundation in self-understanding and spiritual alignment. The higher our vibrational frequency, determined by this alignment and our code of ethics, the better we can access helpful guidance for ourself and others.
This class will provide a theoretical framework of knowledge, combined with hands-on practices including psychic exercises, meditation, and gentle movement.

Cate Durrett is a full time psychic intuitive based in Boulder, Colorado. A former yoga studio owner, she has traveled the world, and has been studying the various internal arts for 15 years. Cate has extensive experience teaching classes and workshops, and has the gift of making esoteric information accessible to all types of people. She is excited to share her favorite subject with you in her first Boulder workshop.
