The eloquent poetry of this 15th century Carmelite mystic touches the core of human experience and its experience of divine unleashed within. The class will break open stanzas of the poem, exploring the meaning and connecting the message in relevant ways to our own lives.
There will be exercises guiding participants to unpack parts of their own story finding deeper meaning, direction and inspiration from the events of their own lives.
Kimberly Braun, Minister, M.A., Meditation Coach, Reiki Master, Catalyst, Activator, Guide. Kimberly has been devoted to meditation from the age of 5, with over ten of her years spent as a monastic nun. Her Masters in theology was completed in 2001 in Washington D.C., and is concentrated upon the adult spiritual journey. She is a retreat and workshop facilitator, meditation faculty at the renowned Omega Institute, and fellow seeker on the path to living freely. She has three CDs (In the Flow pictured above, available for purchase on her web site), an APP and soon to be available book about her time as a nun, Love Calls.
