How might we generate a future not before imagined, and do it together? How might we step into our full collective potential? You are invited to an introductory talk and experience of Collective Presencing.
Ria will give an overview of the model she has developed for learning and living this new human capacity. The model includes the Circle of Presence – how we as individuals come fully present, leading to the Circle of Creation – living, embodying, being who we are together in each moment as we generate the new future together. Very much virgin territory.
Collective Presencing builds on the principles and practices of the U Process (Theory U, Otto Scharmer) while taking us deeper into the inner and subtle dimensions of that experience. The innovation of this practice lies in its truly collective aspect. Please join us for a delightful and insightful evening.

Ria Baeck is a transformational change professional based in Belgium. She is a trained psychologist and therapist; having worked over 20 years with individuals, small teams and bigger systems. She is a Steward of the Art of Hosting global network and co-initiated the project leading to the forthcoming book Collective Presencing.
