- Do you feel confused about who you are and what your next step is?
- Does it seem as though you don’t fit in your life anymore?
- Do you feel lost, as though everything familiar and safe is gone?
Change and transition are a part of life. We experience them many times throughout our lifetime. However, moving through one of life’s transitions can be confusing, scary, and cause us to doubt who we are. Whether it’s going through a loss, changing careers or relationships, retiring, or awakening on a deeper spiritual level, our definition of who we are changes. Our sense of self can be shaken. When we’re in this state of transition, we can lack clarity and courage to move forward..
Courage comes into play in making decisions by developing trust in ourselves and our inner wisdom. Courage means going inside and connecting with our soul for the clarity and guidance for what to do, knowing that only we know what’s right for us. Our part is to be quiet and listen. Courage means knowing that life holds no guarantees for success, but does guarantee our learning and growth when we allow it.
This workshop is designed to help you move through life’s transitions with grace as you learn who you are at this stage in your life. We will be doing processes to help you understand the stages of transition, gain clarity on your next step and what may be blocking it. You will also learn to bring your courage forward in taking your next step by developing trust in yourselves and your inner wisdom, and aligning with your Soul’s intent.
