About Kathryn: Kathryn is a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP) and Certified Iridologist with over 25 years in the Natural Health Industry. She has managed many health food stores as well as a holistic healing center. She was a vegetarian chef at the Harvest Café in Eau Gallie, Florida which received praise from Vegetarian Times Magazine. Since then she has enjoyed giving many cooking classes and is currently working on her first cookbook. Kathryn has an unwavering compassion for mankind. She has helped many of her clients prevent disease as well as help them regain optimal health after suffering from serious illnesses.
About Dean: Dean Brooks has been on the SAD (Sad American Diet) for most of his adult life. Although he stayed fit with his fitness programs he still experienced some health challenges. Over the past 2 years he adopted Kathryn’s food and herbal suggestions, and he has been gaining optimal health along with looking 10 years younger! He is furthering his journey as a fitness counselor and coach and teaches and shares his steadfast discipline with others. Dean is establishing a fitness program for Kathryn who has neglected that part of her health journey. As a result, she has shown much improvement in her health in a very short time.
