If you have always wanted to learn how to draw, but didn’t know where to start, this class is a great beginning. Peg has taught drawing and painting for over 25 years! The basic skills require that we calm the nervous system through deep breathing and go within to center our focus. There are simple brain-researched exercises that you will learn to quiet your left brain and allow your creative right brain to come forward. It’s easy, and it flows, once you understand how to work with your energy system. The exercises support the required shift in perception in order to “see”. She has refined this process to a science, and all of her students learn how to draw!
We will cover Contour Drawing, Upsidedown Drawing, Positive and Negative Space, Shading, Wax/Oil Resist and Watercolor. You will walk away with finished works of art that you’ll be proud to share with others! Please come and join us for a fun, enjoyable and relaxing time.
