  • Repeated patterns of behavior that you can’t seem to change or stop. i.e., procrastination, being overly responsible for others, difficulty saying no.
  • Continued sabotage of an outcome (attempts to diet, find a different job, start an exercise program)

  • Lack of fulfillment in one or all areas of your life.

Often, these patterns we keep repeating are due to beliefs we hold ourselves, about life and what we think we deserve. The beliefs we hold shape our behaviors, our perceptions, our concept of who we are, and the patterns we keep repeating. Change is difficult if there is an unconscious limiting belief holding the old pattern in place. When we understand that we created these beliefs as a way to make sense of the world or to stay safe, we no longer have to feel like a victim to life’s events or because “that’s just the way I am.”

This class helps you become aware of the beliefs you carry so you can decide if they still work for you. You will learn several processes that assist people in letting go of old beliefs and begin to integrate new beliefs that serve you better at this stage of your life.

When you change your inner reality, your outer reality begins to change as well.
