Sacred Feminine initiation is a radical, life-changing entry into the sacred realms of the Feminine Mysteries. Within the temenos, i.e. ‘sacred space’, Kundalini Shakti awakens, and we step through archetypal portals of the Mother, the Amazon, the Lover, the Medial, and the Queen. We all have a primary archetype, perhaps two, that are highly developed and functional, and usually, the others are more or less in shadow—unknown, unwanted, unloved, and waiting to come into consciousness to bring their gifts into our lives. The path of women’s initiation into the Mysteries of the Sacred Feminine is ancient – we have many unseen helpers from all cultures and traditions that hold space and support us through the many spirals of initiation. Join us this evening to discover what your primary archetypal mode is and get a glimmer of what’s possible.
The invocation of each archetype is an invitation to Kundalini Ma, (whose ancient symbol is snake) to bring forth that which is resonant with the invoked archetype and necessary to each woman’s initiation in unique ways. Through initiations we shed old skins of identifications and conditioning, attachments and thought streams that are no longer useful. At the same time, Kundalini midwifes the birth of tender, perhaps wounded and unknown parts of ourselves, and unveils the great strength and direct experience of our Essential Nature. We become more authentic, have more access to direct experience, opening to non-dual reality, and the many gifts and empowerments of each archetypal energy. We also deepen into receptive devotion, an increasingly beautiful trust and surrender to what is as it is.

My first direct experiences with the Divine Mother happened when I was six. Since then, I have been utterly devoted and committed to serving Her. In 1980, I began engaging the Feminine archetypes in Jungian studies and analysis when I had a series of archetypal dreams and a volcanic, life-changing awakening of Kundalini Shakti. I was led by guidance, dreams, and visionary experiences to found the Temenos Center in 1982. A few years later, the School for Women Healers emerged and this work became a haven for women in the helping professions who were longing for the spiritual and the Sacred Feminine. I started a training program in Samyama Healing™ along with the Temple of the Sacred Feminine, an alchemical vessel specifically for women’s spiritual initiation. My path and work as a steward of this temenos, guide, mentor, initiatory elder, and teacher of the ancient yogic practice of Samyama, has taken me though countless initiations and awakenings of my own. The morphic field of this contemporary women’s mystery school is inter-dimensionally connected to women’s mystery schools of all times. I have witnessed, as well as experienced, extraordinary transformations of consciousness and awakening in this alchemical vessel, to which I am devoted and deeply grateful for the privilege of serving. I have experienced and witnessed the exponential power of Shakti in this Temple community that serves the awakening of all involved and the emergence of women who are capable and competent to hold the intense energies and fulfill their purpose on the planet in these wild and crazy times.
