The subject will cover: What is a dosha and how is it related to a healthy body and mind?

How does it affect the body and the mind? How are the doshas are affected by changing seasons? Also discussed will be how the body needs to adjust its food and type of exercise to maintain the balance of the doshas with changing season and increasing age; how personality traits are created by the doshas; what to do to subdue the wrong traits as well as learning to age well and preparing oneself for peaceful death.

Yogacharya Dharmananda (Swamiji) is a preeminent scholar and teacher of the Science of Yoga, Hindu Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He is the Director of the International Vishwaguru Yoga and Meditation Institute (Rishikesh, India), now living in Longmont.
