With Shayn Smith and Allison Dutton
Pause for a moment to tune in to the messages your body is sending. What are you seeing, hearing, or feeling? Perhaps in your mind’s eye you are listing all of the myriad tasks awaiting you this week. They announce themselves so loudly you sense an uncomfortable throbbing in the temples. You reach for the Tylenol! Or, you are verbalizing the emotional pain that leaves you trembling from a difficult moment in the past. A memory that you are reviewing for the thousandth time. If only you could shake it!
There are so many ways our perceptions and experiences leave their impression on our minds and our bodies. Anxiousness, guilt, headaches, and joint pain are just a few of the manifestations. Wouldn’t it feel good to experience mental and physical health relief? Can you see yourself living a more peaceful and joyful life? Does reclaiming your health sound like something you would like to begin now?
In our time together you will:
- learn about the language and dance of energy in our bodies
- be inspired to be awake and alive in the powerful healing of presence
- be empowered to choose and know health in your body
- experience simple, natural, and effective strategies to reclaim your health.
