Are you a spiritual seeker who wants more out of your spiritual practice? Have you been finding that your meditations don’t progress? In this talk, Dr. Holsten will discuss energetic considerations which may improve both your daily meditation practice and how you can manage your energy in daily life.
This talk covers:
– How the change in our environment, over the last few centuries in particular, has affected our consciousness.
– How to allow greater depth in your meditation by managing the environment where you meditate.
– Knowing when to open or close your energy as means of preventing fatigue and enhancing your well-being.
– How applying Third Eye vision in your daily life can bring improvements to your meditation practice.
Dr. Holsten will also introduce the Clairvision school of Meditation’s model of subtle bodies and how it can be practically used for everyday spiritual awareness.
Dr. Margarita Holsten is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than ten years of clinical experience.
