In this introduction to the study of astrology (and the first session in the 12-week full astrology course*), we’ll discuss what astrology really is and how it can be used for our personal evolution and transformation.
We’ll discuss:
- Art or Science: What is astrology? What is it not?
- How do western or eastern astrology compare, which will we study in the full course, and why?
- What kinds of practical things can astrology help me understand about myself?
- How can astrology actually help me change who I am?
- How can astrology help me grow spiritually?
The lecture portion is about an hour and a half, with the remaining time dedicated to Q&A about astrology in general or the full course in particular.
* This introduction is the first (required) session for the 12 week course, Astrology: Interface to Your Inner Divinity, continuing on subsequent Wednesdays. The fee for this Introduction will be applied toward the full course for anyone choosing to enroll.

Anand Vadehra, recently relocated to Boulder, CO, holds two degrees in Chemistry, including a Masters from Caltech. In a dose of apparent irony, his love of science brought him to the doorstep of Astrology in 2003, where he was humbled by the power, simplicity and usefulness of this divine, healing language.
