Berry has inspired many to shift from a human-centered to an earth-centered point of view. He states that “we are not a collection of objects but a communion of subjects.” In his being he embodied his ideas with his warmth, his simplicity and his love for the beauty of our fragile planet. This film is an attempt to capture these qualities—to give the viewer a direct experience of this extraordinary man and his vision. His message is more urgent now than ever.
