The Chinese Chakra System is over 10,000 years old. It consists of hand mudras and mantras that create a special sacred geometry that communes with the spiritual and physical bodies.
The Chinese Chakra System assists the individual with balancing, harmonizing, strengthening, integrating, cleansing and reconfiguring all seven chakras individually.
The sounds which are generated during a session interact with the emotional body, the physical organs and the spine.
Chakra means Spinning Wheel in Sanskrit. Each Chakra is connected to specific organs and skeletal areas of the spine. Once out of balance, all the systems in the entire body are affected.
There are a number of systems that balance the chakra system; Chinese Chakra Balancing is one of those Systems.
