Vitalizing Life Force Energy
How does Universal Prana enter the human Body?
How can we enhance this entrance?

Saturday, November 23, 2019     10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Swamiji continues his ongoing monthly lecture/ meditation series based on the immortal Spiritual classic, The Bhagavad Gita.

In this lecture, Swamiji will teach us how to:

  • Vitalize the physical and astral bodies with pure Prana for best optimum health.
  • Withdraw Prana from the overactive sense organs to give the physical body deep rest, relaxation and time for physical healing to take place.
  • Learn the benefits of fasting and maintaining silence.
  • Move Prana up and down the spine to activate the chakras, i.e. astral energetic centers.
  • Concentrate Prana at the eyebrow and crown centers to activate your intuitive, Divine faculties.

Based on the teaching of Lord Krishna in the immortal spiritual classic The Bhagavad Gita and as explained by Paramahansa Yagananda, the celebrated author of “Autobiography of a Yogi.”

As always, the material, though proceeding from Hindu scripture, embodies universal Truth as well as universal application.

Yogacharya Dharmananda (Swamiji) is a preeminent scholar and teacher of the Science of Yoga, Hindu Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He has been the Director of the International Vishwaguru Yoga and Meditation Institute (Rishikesh, India) from its inception to November 2010. He is now permanently settled in America and is living in Loveland. His lectures, especially his mode of presentation with humor, stories, and anecdotes, have earned him wide acclaim.
