From Science to God: A Physicist’s Journey into the Mystery of Consciousness
Tales of esoteric magic can be found throughout history and in all cultures.  Today, tales of special “magical powers” are regarded with amusement, used as popular fictional tropes, and provided as entertainment in stage magic.  Real Magic can’t possibly exist because it violates our scientific understanding of reality.  Right? Well, no. Real magic does exist.
