Why not just buy the book?

You can teach yourself to do all of the above by reading Hale’s Book “Feel Great Now”. However, experiencing all 9 techniques in a day is powerful and doing it in a group setting deepens and enhances the experience.

In addition, Hale will work with the group (and some individuals) to help everyone clear accumulated stress and tune up their energy. Hale will will also share the latest tweaks and discernments he has learned that are not in the book.
