It is possible to live a meaningful, purposeful and joyful life after you have experienced loss. My daughter’s death provided a doorway to my transformation that I never expected. It broke open my heart and showed me a way to break free from limiting beliefs about what was possible in my life. I walk with my clients on their own grief journeys so they too can find meaning, purpose and even joy again after a devastating loss. I speak often about my journey and am passionate about changing the conversation around grief. I embody my message and am often found sitting in Samyama, walking in nature, collaging or taking a dance break.
