Acceptance, then Appreciation, then Gratitude: The path to deep healing

With Eliana SalterĀ

Acceptance is the first step to changing things. It does not mean “forever” but it does mean “for now”, and it gives us a precious foothold on our situation so we can move up the ladder of transformation. Deep acceptance takes us to a place of peace, where we can begin to plan, reframe, and change our external and internal realities and responses, even to the “unacceptable”.

But how? Join Eliana as she shares her journeys through extremely challenging and “unacceptable” situations, how she coped, handled and changed her life for the better.

Appreciating even our challenges (“If these are the worst problems I will face today, I will take them.”) allows us to view the world with less trepidation and fear, and more confidence and courage. Gratitude for our past, our preciously bought lessons and fruit of our suffering leads to a profound reframing of our lives, internally and externally, allowing us to return to a life of joy.
This workshop will help you learn easy tools to do the inner work systematically, and thoroughly, going as light, or going deep as you need to or want to.
